There are three important considerations to keep in mind when reviewing the catalogs.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment in full required with order. We now only support PayPal payments, Money Orders or Bank Checks. Checks should be made out to Michael R. Williams. Paypal is the preferred method of payment.

MAILED CATALOGS: Part of the benefit of using the Internet as a means of advertising is the reduction in the use of paper. I'm all for saving the Rain Forest. If you do feel you need a printed copy I would suggest using your browser to print my catalogs. If for some reason this is not possible or you choose not to then I would gladly sent you a catalog for $5. I regret the charge but it is difficult for me to produce these catalogs. The web site is always more up to date than the catalogs and catalogs could take as much as a month to get to you.

SHIPPING: For the U.S. $5 for the first title, $1 each additional. (Hawaii and Alaska are billed my cost.)

Export orders are billed the amount it costs me to ship to you. Please pay careful attention to this explanation. There are 2 primary methods to ship overseas. The most economical way is to ship surface mail. Two or three books shipped in this manner will cost from $12 to $20. On the negative side is that it may take a few weeks to get there and the U.S. Mail will not insure some international surface mail. I will mail the shipping receipt separately as proof of shipment if required but I can't be responsible for lost packages for uninsured shipments. The postal service here assures me they do not have problems with uninsured packages except for destinations in Africa, S. America and some parts of Asia. The second method is to ship airmail insured. Prices start at about $30 and can go as high as $75 but the average is about $35 for a couple of books. You do get your books quickly and they are insured but the cost is high. Additional books shipped by surface only increase the prices slightly. Large orders by airmail can get very expensive.

It's your call on this. If you would like to order some books I can ship them either way. If you want me to send the shipment surface uninsured you must send an email or letter stating so. I regret that the cost to ship overseas can be excessive.

The correct method to do this is to contact my email with what you would like to purchase and your address and I will email you back the total cost of the items and the shipping. You can then proceed to PayPal and make payment.

REFUNDS: All books are refundable with reasonable cause if returned within 15 days of the shipment date in original condition. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Prices are accurate at time of printing but we must reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. R.I. residents should add 7% sales tax. We regret that we do not accept orders under $20. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms stated above.
